I had noticeable relief after just one visit and after 4 or 5 it was completely gone. I ended up going for about 10 visits and I'm glad I did because the pain has not returned and it has been years. He not only helps when you're in-office, he gives actionable tips and exercises that you can keep forever. He's also a good guy, having donated his time and services overseas in needy areas.
