  First my therapist quit her job after 4 sessions and I was promised a new therapist asap. I’ve never received one ever.. It took me a lot to even call you guys in the first place and ask for help. You guys made me feel like nobody cared and asked for me. All It was done was prescribed meds .. the problem was never solved, matter fact yall made me want to not ask for help again. I wasn’t even notified that my original therapist had quit.. she never showed up on the teams call and I had to ask you guys what happened… there’s people out here that really need help and a good talk, do better.

  My issue with this place is that the doctors do not want to see the patients. The medicial secretary's voicemail states that "all appointments are telehealth due to COVID-19". Still. In June 2023. I mean, come on. They are not doing telehealth appointments because of the pandemic. They are doing it because it's convenient for them. Which, you are in a mental health field... you need to see your patients in person. It matters. I would ask them to change this policy and require their doctors to meet with patients in person unless the patient wants telehealth for some reason. You are in this to care for people - and telehealth is substandard care, period.

  My son’s therapist was horrible! I’m really shocked she ever made it out of school. She just stopped returning calls and we took it as a sign that we were going to have to let go of the idea of using our insurance for good care. She didn’t even know what existential depression was! Ugh!

  It's impossible to get in contact with anyone, even the people responsible for the phones, the therapists and psychiatrists are cold and disinterested. I went to them because I was in crisis during the pandemic and they were the only ones taking new patients. I'm just gonna find a new company.
