We visited yesterday and everyone working at Park Lane was friendly and professional. The building was clean and well-maintained, despite the ongoing construction.

My mom spent three months in Park Lane's care and we were impressed with the level of care and physical therapy. It started with a friendly, informative and responsive Admission team who got my mom a room after we had to leave a previous spot quickly. With very few exceptions, the nursing staff was caring, compassionate and responsive. We were met with smiles and friendly greetings whenever we visited. They were some of my mom's biggest supporters and cheerleaders. My mom really tackled her physical therapy and her PT team was top notch. They pushed her appropriately, were well trained and really compassionate. There were plenty of opportunities for therapy and the newly renovated therapy room is unlike any other facility that I visited. Top notch team and facility that really made my Mom's recovery possible. Overall, Park Lane was friendly, clean and responsive to our needs.

Wow. Much more communication between pt./ nurse. Very disorienting for new pts. Way too long to answer bells, get pain meds etc. They HAVE to hire more nurses. Like that everywhere
