The office crew help keep consistency in the caregivers (thanks Capri), help us navigate challenges (thanks Karen) and insurance/billing questions (thanks Shannon). All the caregivers are amazingly patient and kind to my mom, special shout out to Clare, Suzanne, Maritza, Cindy, and Pam who have been with us so long.

When Amy started with us, we spoke of what we expected and what care was needed, she told us no problem and added some things we had not considered. Amy was quick to fit in to our routine and tweak it a bit for the better. Amy is quick to respond to our needs, ask if there is anything we want as well as helping with daily chores. She relates very well with seniors as well as those dealing cognitive problems. Life is much better with Amy helping.
