- JPJohn PrzychodzienSep 13, 20221.0This has to be the worst company to deal with. They were to do 24 hour service for my friend and they did not make it 36 hours before no one showed up. Then the next day the caregiver was 15 minutes late. The next caregiver was photographed sleeping 3 different days and when I terminated the contract they want to charge me for time that was not worked . They were also not to let my friend go up the stairs and the one picture shows him in his bed upstairs not made and with just a blanket on him. the caregiver was down stairs and when asked about watching him she stated that she checks him every hour. Do not do business with these people. They also were told not to withdraw funds and they did. Never give them you account number or you will be sorry.
