- MMMattMar 7, 20261.0Alisa is why I will no longer do business here. Not a very professional place. Their customer portal does not work well. I was sent a past-due notice from Alisa, but I never received an invoice to begin with. I asked how invoices are sent (email/postal). The question was ignored and I was told to use the portal or call. I create a Portal account and see there are no invoices. I try one-time payment, and it can’t find the invoice. I show this to Alisa, and ask again how they are sending me invoices. Her reply was “THIS IS WHAT I SEE ON MY SCREEN”. All caps, one sentence. When confronted she claimed she didn’t “proof” her message. As if someone wouldn’t see they are typing in all caps to a customer. I call her directly to pay, she can’t pull up the invoice and tells me to call back Monday. Don’t spend your money here.
