  Made an appointment online for my child. I arrived early since I have not been to this location before. 20 minutes after the appointment time I was told that my child couldn’t have their blood work taken due to not enough staff and to go to another location (over 30 minutes away). At that point, I had been there for an hour, now, why would the person not tell me this upon arrival. Why waste my time… HORRIBLE customer service. There is also no reason a lab should be allowed to be ran by one staff. I was told this as if I should’ve known that……

  Will never come here again. Showed up for my appointment at 7:10am, but no one was there and the door was locked when they opened at 6:30am. My appointment was not cancelled.

  Showed up after driving half an hour for them to tell me they couldn’t do my test because they got send the wrong ID numbers. I don’t know why they couldn’t call me and tell me.

  Staff are very kind and prodessional. Minimal wait time.
