  The lack of consistent communication is staggering. I was given scans I didn't ask for without being told why, and only after my visit was I told that it wasn't covered by my insurance at all. If I hadn't vigorously advocated for myself they would have put me on a track for sperm freezing that I didn't need. They care way more about money extraction than tailoring treatment to your actual needs.

  UPDATE: either by happenstance, or otherwise, a doctor called and went out of his way to reference Jess’ wife, even by name. THANK YOU! Original Review: Great fertility clinic, but would offer and suggest one (major) area where they lack: defaulting to a heterosexuality. Each and every visit, my wife has to remind them that it will not be in the protocol to reinforce treatment w her ‘husband.’ We have enough of this default w the world, infertility is the one area where an effort should be made.

  RMA King of Prussia location was a wonderful experience! The staff is incredible! The nurses are so caring and respond to questions very quickly. My nurse Andrea always went above and beyond! Dr. Thorne was very kind, considerate and never minded answering our many questions. They truly make you feel that they are as invested in your fertility journey as you are. I am very happy to say that they have made our dreams come true as I am currently pregnant. My husband and I highly recommend this practice!

  After our first meeting with Dr. Thorne in December and he told me to call when I started my next period to schedule test the day of. A few days later I got my period and called and but the receptionist said he wasn’t in the office. The following month I called and left a voicemail for the nurse. No one called me back.

  RMA is seriously an incredible place. The doctors and staff are above reproach; I have had nothing but incredibly positive experiences with this group. Dr. Castelbaum is a dear and he really makes you feel so comfortable. He truly made me feel so much better about our chances of conceiving our first baby. He's upbeat, funnyand wonderfully proactive. I'm so glad I found RMA. It makes me feel like the huge burden I was carrying around is now lifted off of my shoulders.
