He spent a considerable amount of time with me this afternoon learning about my vision needs and discussing lots of different possible solutions (progressives, computer progressives, transition lenses, etc...). Vance delivers a very high level of customer service that you often don't see these days.

I was told , "If you are looking for something cheap please visit another store" (something on similar lines). As a customer , I have never come across a sales rep SO ARROGANT ! Really disappointing experience .
