I was told , "If you are looking for something cheap please visit another store" (something on similar lines). As a customer , I have never come across a sales rep SO ARROGANT ! Really disappointing experience .

Excellent customer service but, also fantastic technical work performed on site. They'll make sure your glasses fit comfortably and correctly. They won't let you leave until you are 100% satisfied.
