- SSSeema SoodDec 29, 20252.0I tried Club Pilates for two months and canceled before my third. There are well-intentioned, if over-worked instructors in the Wayne location. That said, I have experience with other similar studios which offer superior customer service and instruction. If you're looking for low-impact workouts, mat or reformer pilates, head to Lifetime Pilates, Blue Butterfly, Pure Energy, Verge and/or Barre 3. Each of these spots offers terrific instruction locally. Expect modifications and progressions for all participants, appropriate corrections when students are off-track, consistency across class type even when teachers vary, emphasis on breathwork and a culture of delivering value and quality with easy cancellation when a studio is just not a good fit.

I've only been to two instructors classes, Michelle and Margot, and I am really enjoying their classes and how they connect with us throughout the class. I can really feel my abdominals getting stronger!
