  I drove 50 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I arrived to a sign on the door saying they were closed. I received no text or phone call regarding cancellation. They did send an email 40 minutes after opening and 20 minutes prior to my appointment, which I would not have seen while driving.

  The ladies at the Washington Pennsylvania, location of quest diagnostics were very helpful and courteous and treating me with respect. I was in and Out in 10 minutes, very smooth process. I will use them again in the future.

  I actually like the appointments because anytime you’re gonna walk in in any blood draw place they’re usually extremely busy and you can expect to be waiting for up to almost an hour or more this eliminates that my experience when I came here, I was seen within five minutes of my appointment time the phlebotomist who drew my blood was very friendly, very professional, painless, and very quick. I’m gonna go back for a blood donation in the near future and I’m expecting to have the same experience thank you.
