- MBMichael BrownNov 21, 20252.0June of 2024, I ordered glasses at the Washington PA location. A simple rx, with no line bifocal. It took them 3 sets and a month and a half later to get the rx right. Nov of 2025, I had broke my glasses and went back to the store, since I had insurance on the glasses. It was probably one of the worst visits I've had at this store. I explained that I had spoke to someone at there Corporate Site, and I asked if I could get a different frame, less in price, their Corporate site said yes, the store said no, and the person waiting on me from that time on treated me like I was a Criminal. When I got my glasses back 10 minutes later, a different color frame I picked, I say to her, I appreciate her time, and I hope she has a great weekend, there was nothing said by her. Just an attitude you can visibly see on her face. I added this stop in with the debacle last year and it just added up to poor Customer Service to me. I will never use Lenscrafters again.
