The building is nice and clean overall and the staff, well some of them really. Food is so so. The professionalism needs to increase tremendously. Oh yeah & they (the staff, SOME of them) will steal your stuff. I expect that behavior from some of my fellow addicts but not the staff. It is beyond sad that people come in there with problems and yet some of the staff take advantage! they’re supposed to have cameras everywhere that our stuff that we can’t keep while we are there; a sweater with a skull or something else that has a picture the facility doesn't approve of BUT REALLY… you are going to tell us that you don’t know what happened to it. Two other people I know of when they were released. Y’all said their stuff was in their bag, and it wasn’t! & Neither was mine. Shame on you to take advantage of people who have issues and we are vulnerable and yet you steal our stuff!!! Oh baby karma will get you! YOU know who are & so do we. The universe is keeping score. And y’all R there to supposed to be helping us. Truly saddens my heart how we in society are trying to get our lives right and here goes people we are supposed to trust that TAKING WHAT IS NOT THEIRS! ALSO MAKING FUN OF PEOLPLE THERE😢 Again, the universe will keep score. Washington COUNTY FACILITY SHAME ON YOU!

I’ve been here 4 times, actually. Only completed twice. The other two I was there for a day maybe. I wasn’t ready. However, I was forced, essentially, to go back in 2015. I was So broken. Was coming off of a 5 year heroin habit. Had just gotten hit with my 3rd dui in 10 years( mine were years apart). Pleaded into drug court. Court ordered here then their affiliated halfway house: the Lighthouse ♥️ . The staff was unbelievable. I’ve never had support like that with such kindness and genuine care and compassion. They helped build me up. They gave me the tools I needed for the next steps of my recovery. I couldn’t stay clean for 4 hours let alone 4years. Which I ended up achieving after the Lighthouse. This place provides the tools and staff and environment for one to develop the structure, support, discipline and knowledge they need to actually get clean and achieve long-lasting sobriety/recovery. Thank you for saving my life, and all the others you all help 💜 If you’re struggling, please reach out to them. We are losing too many parents, siblings, and friends. I’ve been resuscitated more times than I can count. However, these people have never given up on me, and please don’t give up on yourself. It’s so dangerous any more. Hopefully I’ll see you at some meetings 👋🤙

I cannot find the words to say how much this place and the people working there, have done for me and for so many others that have gone there. I am so thankful for the staff there for "not giving up on me" and for always reaching out to me to see "how I'm doing" and for NEVER closing their doors at any time when I need to call or stop in or just need an understanding ear. Thank you for always being there and for giving me 100% of your time and all your efforts into helping people like me on a new journey and path and a new way of life filled with the promise and hope of tomorrow. God Bless those for giving!!!!

Techs are fantastic, nurses are uptight snobs. I was kicked out early because SOMEONE ELSE made a joke about hitching a ride, I said "yeah right." The nurse proceeded to tell the supervisor that she heard me say "I'm taking people with me." Which is a total lie. I would never drag someone out of rehab. If this wouldn't have happened, itd be a 5 star
