Also, this location always blasts hip-hop and rap music: so if aren’t a fan of that type of music, avoid this location.

That changes after I signed up for a free personal training session with Jaeda. She’s amazing! She started by asking me about my fitness goal. Then she created a personalized workout plan just for me. She walked me through each exercise and explained how to use the machine correctly. I love it. With her guidance and a proper diet, I have started losing weights steadily and truly enjoy going to the gym.
