  I was forced to give my credit card on 2/25 as I forgot my FSA card. I told the phlebotomist that I would pay the bill online as soon as they sent it (with my FSA card) and I clearly and definitely stated that i did not authorize anyone to bill my credit card. She "promised" it would only be used as a hold. I told her I never had to do this at my normal facility (Doylestown) and she stated they are doing it wrong and they HAVE to collect credit card information. I never received a bill and they charged my credit card on March 14. This is deceptive at best. I am waiting on Quest to handle this. Otherwise I will be contacting my credit card company about a possibly fraudulent, definitely unauthorized charge.

  Technician was extremely competent and the best I've experienced. She's worth her weight in gold and Quest should do whatever it takes to keep her.

  Marcia is absolutely wonderful, I can’t say enough about her. She has been a godsend helping my daughter with her fear of bloodwork. She goes above and beyond! I would never go to a different quest.

  Quest location is very convenient. Making the appointment on line is very easy. Marcia and Jackie are really great. Highly recommend.

  Service was excellent and went beyond for me as the script was not present and had to be gotten from my doctor's office.
