Last year, they found cavities and said fillings were needed. We made an appointment for 2024, which was then pushed back to the summer of 2025. A week before the appointment, we were notified that it was canceled because the clinic would be closed that day. Okay, we tried to reschedule, but because this clinic's scheduling is so slow, we booked the filling appointment at a different location. We still came here for routine cleanings. On the day of the appointment, we received a last-minute call to reschedule again. Okay. The ridiculous part is, the receptionist still wanted to schedule another appointment for us. This dragged on for a year. Now my daughter's teeth need root canal treatment. Thank you very much.
