The staff took me in 2 minutes before close, to stitch up a wound I accidentally self inflicted, while opening a package. They were so kind and attentive. Took great care of my injury. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Horrible! This is the second time I waited to see the doctor for two hours. All he did again is send me to the ER. He denied my request for an X-ray. He would not write a script for a CAT scan.

STAY AWAY!! WORST urgent care I’ve ever been to. I came in several weeks ago for a stomach issue that I had been to the street road location for just a week prior. I was told that my insurance was accepted. Now several weeks later I’m receiving a ton of harassing calls and texts about my bill at ONLY this location. I directly told the woman at the front desk that I would prefer to go to the other location if my insurance was not accepted at this location. She told me that it was and not to worry. A month later and I’m being sent a $200 bill bc my insurance didn’t cover it and getting a bunch of texts and calls. I got the same exact treatment at the AFC urgent care 10 minutes away a week before this, and have not had any issues. It is this location that is a problem. I have attempted to make contact with them about this issue and despite being told that my issue is being escalated, they keep ending our chat. When I try to ask further questions in the chat, they also don’t allow that. I’m disgusted that an URGENT CARE is pulling this kind of behavior

I brought my son in for an urgent care visit for illness and somehow we were charged for a “private” visit. Which was more than twice what my charge should’ve been. The office took our insurance and we have urgent care coverage, so I know exactly what the amount should’ve been. I questioned it multiple times and was told “my insurance must’ve changed”. We have independence blue cross/Health plan east. Nothing changed. Will never be returning to this location.
