  Everyone is so nice and makes you feel less stressed going to a surgeon. Dr Kienle is excellent. I have had a few surgeries by him and he is excellent. I healed very well (following instructions!) The staff are all very nice and compassionate people.

  I was satisfied with the treatment received by Dr. Gunawardena. My time with the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. However, I sat in the waiting room for exactly an hour. I understand delays happen, but would it have been possible to call me and tell me to come a bit later? An hour wait hints at you not having respect for patient’s time.

  Girl in the front was not very professional plus they promised me in 4 hours that prescription will be ready. Went there the following day. Pharmacy said they don't have any information. So still don't have my antibiotics. The pharmacy doesn't have anything and no one answering in the office. At the Warminster location Before anything, it took me about 4 attempts to make an appointment every time I called back, they never had my information, spoke to three different people. I will help you out. They put all my information. I called back they didn't even know who they're speaking with. But doctor and then the 2 ladies out back that were helping. There were excellent. Thank you

  Had teeth extracted, bone grafts and implants put in. Dr Gun was really good & professional. I would definitely recommend. My only advice is to set follow up appointments before leaving & make sure you understand what the step should be. The staff seems to not be sure what your next appointment is for & they tend to try to set dates further out than they need to be.
