  I arrived 3 weeks ago on time and waited 30 minutes to be tested. The computers were not working so we had to do an extra set of papers. I then spent two weeks trying to track down my drug test, alongside my employer and the background company, and no one could figure out where it was. Finally at the end of last week, quest told my employer that they had not done the drug test yet still, and so here I am, 3 weeks after I took my drug test, I've been unemployed for 2 weeks because I can't start my job until this drug test comes back. Contact in quest myself has been less than helpful, and talking to the background company and the employer, it has been the same on their end. I don't recommend going here if you need any kind of results for whatever you're doing. Especially in a timely manner. The on-site staff were helpful, the systems just messed up past that.

  Nearest Quest to me and first time at the Uniontown location. The person who completed my blood samples (didn't get her name) was wonderful. Barely felt a thing and she collected the samples fast! Happy to return here.

  Terrible staff. I NEVER use these types of places for bloodwork but I needed something opened on the weekend. I came in 35-40 mins before they closed on a Saturday. I checked in and waited and it was about 1040 when they took me back. The OLD lady literally ridiculed me for coming in so late without an appointment. I almost asked her for my stuff back but I only had Saturday to do this. Never felt so disrespected in my life by someone that doesn’t want to do their job. Kept telling me this is such a big order to be here so late in the day. Won’t even get into how she missed my veins. I will never use quest again.
