DO NOT GO HERE!
The office was rude, judgemental, borderline harassment and then to top it off they threathened my family with CYS. My daughter was humiliated at school today. Even after I told the dentist office I would be reaching out to my insurance company to change. THE PITTSBURGH SCHOOL OF DENTAL IS A JOKE! THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT EASIER! THEY WILL MAKE IT HARDER

Very angry with Cornerstone, it took nearly 3 months to get an appointment here. About 12hrs before our appointments, I received a voicemail stating that they needed to cancel and reschedule. I understand stuff happens, however, I never expected our newly rescheduled appointments to be another 3 month wait. Six month wait to get an appointment with no guarantee they will not cancel again last minute, no thanks!
Frequently Asked Questions About Cornerstone Care Community Dental Center of Uniontown
What is Primary Care?
Primary care is a branch of medicine that is focused on disease prevention, maintenance of health issues, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. A primary care physician (PCP) will coordinate all aspects of your health care, both mental and physical. They will prescribe any needed medications, and refer you to a specialist when necessary.
Why do I Need a Primary Care Physician?
It’s crucial for everyone to have a primary care physician, even if you are healthy and rarely get sick. When you build a relationship with a PCP, they get to know your personal and family health history, and are able manage and identify virtually any health issues that arise. It’s important to identify illness early on before it becomes a serious problem. A PCP also provides vaccines, immunizations, cancer screenings, and general advice for improving your quality of life.
What’s the Difference Between Family Medicine, Internal Medicine & Primary Care?
Primary care physicians fall into three different categories: family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics. A family medicine doctor is both a pediatrician and an internal medicine doctor, caring for children and adults. An internal medicine doctor cares for adults only, while a pediatrician cares for children only.
