- MMMary Lou MurphyJan 17, 20245.0Having back pain for 3 months and test after test with no relief I went to see Dr. Trainer. First he’s a very nice man who explains everything well. Second he found the problem in just a few minutes. Within a couple weeks I started to feel so much improvement and it continues to feel better each week. He is very thorough and each time I walk out of his office I feel like a million bucks. He has a very great office staff also who is very helpful and knowledgeable. They all know how to make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr Trainer and his staff 100%.

He was careful and detailed in explaining process to get me to quickly recover. I was able to bend, lay down, and sit after only a few appointments, which was absolutely amazing. I have no insurance, so I really cant afford that trip. I called Dr. Trainer's office, they gave me an appointment within an hour of me calling. Just 4 hours after my appointment, I feel much better. I reccomend to anyone to use this Doctor.
