He was careful and detailed in explaining process to get me to quickly recover. I was able to bend, lay down, and sit after only a few appointments, which was absolutely amazing. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I have no insurance, so I really cant afford that trip. I called Dr. Trainer's office, they gave me an appointment within an hour of me calling. Just 4 hours after my appointment, I feel much better. I reccomend to anyone to use this Doctor.
