  My salesperson Anthony was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted in regards to reading, distance and progressive lenses. Have been getting my glasses made here for many years.

  On March 20th, 2026, my husband and I visited the Lens Crafter's location store number 231 at 320 Stroudsburg PA 18360 to have an eye exam. Dr. Parikh and staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. During my exam with Dr. Parikh it was discovered that i had a tear in my retina. Thank you Dr. Parikh you are an angel in disguised. You are the BEST Ever. Dr Parikh, immediately informed me of such, was very concern and informed me that I needed to have laser on my eye ASAP to avoid a detachment. She quickly, informed Ibriana to schedule an appointment for the same day with the office nearby. Unfortunately, they were booked till the following Wednesday. Ibriana who was amazing went above and beyond to ensure that I was seen the same day. She called various offices and was able to schedule an appointment in the Bethlehem area. Thank you Ibriana for your exceptional customer service skills, caring for patients and going above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. While Ibriana was scheduling my appointment, we were being serviced by Amanda who was assisting my husband and I in selecting our new glasses. Once Ibriana told us she was able to schedule an appointment, Amanda in a caring manner knowing what was going on told us 'Do not worry go we will proceed when you come back" hope all goes well. we returned the next day; they were all so welcoming and concern on how all went with my appointment. Amanda proceeded to assist us in selecting our glasses. Best service ever. She informed us of all benefits and features of the glasses, asked us pertinent questions that could assist her in providing us with the best benefit on the glasses. Amanda provided exceptional service as well, very caring, going above and beyond. Amanda thank you for your exceptional, customer service skills, caring for your patients and going above and beyond to ensure that we selected the correct benefits on our eyewear. Dr Parikh, thank you for your exceptional service, caring for your patients, going above and beyond for patients and most of all being a great team leader. You have an amazing team.

  On my first visit I was pleased by my eye exam experience until handed off to the assistant manager who shortly took my chart as she stated her shift had just reached its near rushing to hand me off to her employee. I decided to return another day after that interaction. Today I was pleasantly greeted by a younger associate who when assisting me with my unique order noticed it required a manager for assistance. After a circle of nowhere I was told by the general manager that the associate was better off supporting me with my order “I’m just the manager”… she seemed to not process or be willing to learn a way to support my order and come to a conclusion although acknowledging her title, telling me to return the following day when the younger associate can help me….next time I know to just go to anyone not titled manager here Killer frames though !

  Gabby, Amanda, and Bri were absolutely amazing. This was by far the best experience I’ve had in healthcare. First time patient, they were extremely kind, thorough explanations and incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended!!! Awesome job!!!

  I would like to take the time to say how amazing the staff at LensCrafters in Stroudsburg ,Pa 🕶️ Starting with the first one who helped me was Jill she made me feel comfortable and was able to give me the feedback for billing purposes before I made my appointment 👍 Now as for the next ladies that helped me yesterday was Amanda who went the extra mile and did some hard work to get this set up on getting the right glasses fitted for me 🤗As for Annette she was quite thorough during my exam 👀 I felt blessed to have Dr. Meade as my Rock to get though the next exam 💯So all these ladies who have helped me along this journey I appreciate y’all and you’re are all keepers🎈Thank U, Deb❣️🙌👀
