This was my annual appointment, and coincidentally I had broken my work space glasses just recently. I had a protection plan covering them, and was able to get the frames replaced. For new progressive glasses that I wanted, the selection of frames gives ample and affordable choices. And the sale they had going on paid more towards the new glasses than my insurance! Thank you!

The new doctor (I believe her name was Dr. Prick or something similar) immediately gave attitude because we were 11 minutes late due to traffic on I-80—something completely out of our control. Despite the office being empty and us having back-to-back appointments, she nearly refused to see us. When we arrived, the doctor was sitting behind the desk on her phone playing games and dis jot even acknowledge us when we walked up to the counter was more annoyed to get up. She also struggled to use her own computer system and accidentally deleted my husband’s information. Thankfully, the tech team on the floor was able to recover it—they were the only positive part of the visit. Unfortunately, the ophthalmologist’s attitude and unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. After a decade of loyalty, we won’t be returning. If you don’t want to waste your time dealing with an “I know everything” attitude, I’d recommend going elsewhere. After we got back to the car we even realized that both appointments took only about 45 min together total!
