- JRjennifer reberMar 3, 20221.0Not one to leave bad reviews but my experience with this “practice” was horrid. The worst customer service I’ve ever received between the sighing, rudeness and eye rolling and flat out refusal to own up to their mistake. Dainesi will chose to make a guess at what dental work you need done and give you the impression the situation is dire before even suggesting a full x-ray exam or your other options. When confronted with her mistake she took to denial and consistent eye rolls. Looking back now would rather of had a back alley tooth extraction than spending $400 on Dainesi’s botched job of a tooth fill that should have never happened in the first place.

The young lady at the front desk was kind, sweet and professional. Made me feel right at home. Loved the assistant! She talked to me very professionally and had me laughing. Completely put me at ease. Dr. Nichols was so kind and funny. Made me forget why I was even there. I highly recommend this practice! I've finally found my new dental home, and I'm looking forward to going back. Thank you all so much for changing my mind about typical dental practices. You are an awesome group of professionals!
