Its a sad state of affairs when the pharmacists and staff, are consistently much more helpful, and considerate especially when you're sick and grumpy, than the staff at the doctors office!! I LOVE Giant at the Upland shopping center!!

- AMAndrew MossJul 15, 20221.0The pharmacist refused to sell me syringes without a prescription, which I've never been required before and makes me concerned about and doubt the quality of care offered at this pharmacy. I've always been asked if I had a prescription but it's never been a problem before today if I didn't have it on me and frankly the woman was rude and unhelpful.
- DWDan WoodNov 15, 20215.0ERIC IS FANTASTIC, friendly, professional, very efficient helped me save a bunch with discount cards from good rx when my insurance prices for prescriptions were way more. I have a whacky situation TONS of meds with confusing insanely high prices- cheaper to pay out of pocket sometimes, other times through good RX, and other times with insurance. He helps me navigate through very confusing situation with about 15 different prescriptions to save me literally 100’s of dollars monthly… all needing refills from different doctors😳 😆😂. My situation is a mess. THANK YOU ERIC! Your staff works SO HARD and all of you guys are great!! GOD BLESS YOU GUYS from this nightmare of a customer 😂🙏👏 -Dan Wood

They claimed it was the insurance company, but when I contacted the insurance company they stated that there was no increases on my medication! Giant pharmacy does a great job in all areas! I don't live nearby but the drive is worth it!
