I've been coming here for eye exams for several years now, usually every 2 years or so. I've never had any issues, always seen quickly, the eye doctor is polite and efficient and double checks the vision prescription to make sure it's okay before I leave, I'm in and out of the actual eye exam portion in like 20 min. The Target Optical salespeople are super nice too and I like getting my frames there.
