  I recently upgraded my hearing aids to new Miracle Ear hearing aids. Bridget and Jammie took very good care of me. Bridget readjusted my new hearing aids to ensure more clarity and also to improve my overall hearing, as I had noticed I was no longer hearing well in conversations and when watching television. Jammie calls to give appointment reminders. She is very pleasant on the phone and in person. Both have also assisted me in using the Miracle Ear app. I am very satisfied with the service I receive as well as the performance of the hearing aids.

  I'm thrilled with my hearing aids from MIRACLE EAR! It is so GREAT being able to hear everything said to me and to be able to lower the volume on the Television set! They're the best thing to ever happen to me!!! I've had nerve deafness all my life. I got them on a GRANT from MIRACLE EAR Eight years ago and I'm applying for another GRANT for my Replacements! The staff is so kind and helpful and WONDERFUL!!! Jammie especially.

  End of last week my dad needed some urgent attention and we were provided an appointment even though it was very short notice. Jammie at front desk and the audiologist (apologies I can't remember her name right now), were very helpful! My dad literally cannot hear but everyone was very patient and understanding. We are grateful to have had such short notice attention and we got to the root of the matter. We are due back when the new product comes in for fitting. The location is easy to navigate, plenty of parking, in a shopping center. And again the main positive was that despite such short notice we were taken care of, and that is more than we could ask. Staff down to earth and personable. Thank You! Update 3/17/26 - returned to office today after a phone message yesterday telling us the hearing aid arrived sooner than expected. Squeezed us in. Hearing Instrument Specialist Bridget was very helpful as she was before and dad is hearing much better, just needs a cleaning and will be back to enjoying hearing people speak and music the way we all want to! Thank you Bridget and Jammie!
