  Sherry at the Springfield mall target optical provided excellent service. She made sure I knew exactly how to use my progressive lenses and that my frames were comfortable for me. She and the doctor that examined me did a great job

  I've arrived at this Target location to order new glasses. The person that I was assigned to was horrible. She began by telling me that the tent that I had in my glasses wasn't done by them! Mind you I did have them done there!!! No sample tints available for me to choose from for my glasses, she began pulling sunglasses off display to show me the tints that I could choose from . I ended up leaving the store without getting glasses! Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time!

  Have been going to Target Optical in Springfield for a while. Everyone is so nice and professional. I saw Dr Korenkiewicz today and she was great! She gave a very thorough eye exam and explained things in terms anyone could easily understand. She was very personable. The woman who works the desk, I believe her name is Sherri, is wonderful. She knows her stuff when ordering your glasses! Thank you!

  Every time I come to this place, everyone is so pleasant. Tricia is so sweet . Sherry is just amazing she is very honest with what the glasses look like on me. Takes her time with you and the glasses come out just like you ordered. Awesome Ladies great job!!!!
