I go there spoke to the lady at the front desk, she tells that they weren’t there. As she was the one who told me that they were there the day before .She couldn’t find them so she told me she’ll give me a call when she figure things out. She called me maybe 20 minutes later and said that there was a mistake with the store number and they sent the glasses back. What an inconvenience No apologies, for the mistake, just a big inconvenience. Basically she told me I need to reach out to the online target to fix this issue even though it was their fault because they had an issue with the order number. I think I will be trying a different location and I also called there today to get a copy of my prescription for my glasses and they told me they don’t have it on file. When i was just there last week to get my eyes checked this place is just to disorganized for me.
