Had a few strong years with this company. Then my doctor went to another practice & not one person let me know. When I asked for a new appointment they advised they have no one in my area to help. Company has 2 offices local and not 1 person to help. For a healthcare facility, you would think they cared for their customers health..

This place is the pits. They overmedicate you, then they don't respond to texts or calls. I am currently out of medication because my doctor left the practice, and they dropped me as a patient. They also let me run up a $900 bill by not telling me inhad copays. It's all fun and games until I wind up in the hospital from withdrawal symptoms. If you care about your mental health at all, go elsewhere. This place sucks.

Would not recommend. Services were provided thankfully, but was moved through 2-3 different providers in a matter of 3 years. All providers met my needs. Scheduling with them is extremely challenging, and unfortunately, the medical secretary will not go out of their way to offer empathy or ensure a client has their needs med scheduling wise. I have worked with two medical secretaries, and both provided the same lack of care. Again- bottom line, my needs were met here, but if you are looking for a caring practice with individualized care, Springfield is not it.

It was a virtual appointment and I wanted an in person one. It was hard to find the place also. The receptionist won’t win any friendly awards! Not going back!

The therapist I saw was wonderful and really helped me, so the few stars are for her. However, the billing system is terrible!! I have been charged a YEAR later for appointments and my insurance now won't cover them!! This is unacceptable, and I cannot speak to anyone in billing who understands what is going on.
