  Although I had not been to the office, he had almost a year. Jamie instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome. She traced back my records. She took care of my hearing aids Service them clean them and was just a great, pleasant personality a real helper I’m coming back in October Because she treated me so well.

  I am a long-time user of Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids. I go to the Miracle-Ear Center in Springfield, PA. This is the closest Center to my home & has free parking. I am a senior citizen, so this is important to me. The 1st pair of hearing aids I purchased were not satisfactory due to the tiny batteries that NEVER lasted very long & screeched in my ears when they were low in energy! I even stopped using my costly aids for a time due to this problem. My spouse wanted me to have hearing aids because I was constantly asking him to repeat when we talked. So, he persuaded me to go back to Miracle-Ear (in Springfield, PA) to see what could be done to make things better. Well- I finally found someone who really CARED about my hearing problems & his name is Patrick. He is much MORE than, as he termed it, "A hearing aid salesman." He cares about helping people hear better, and not that they are " just another hearing aid buyer"! Patrick did some things with his computer that made my Aids work better than ever; he also put on a pair of soft caps that help the Aids, which not only work better, but also feel so much more comfortable in my ears! Now I can wear my hearing aids all day with no problems for the 1st time in years! The Office Manager, Ms Jammie McManus, is a lovely young woman who makes customers feel like they are "Family". There is a machine for customers to use if they wish to have a cup of coffee or tea, and some free snacks to partake of, if one wishes. Lots of seats & also some popular magazines. They have upgraded their new office, and it is a pleasant experience for their customers, as I can attest! Sincerely yours, Mrs. E.Frank
