- AJA J1 day ago5.0End of last week my dad needed some urgent attention and we were provided an appointment even though it was very short notice. Jammie at front desk and the audiologist (apologies I can't remember her name right now), were very helpful! My dad literally cannot hear but everyone was very patient and understanding. We are grateful to have had such short notice attention and we got to the root of the matter. We are due back when the new product comes in for fitting. The location is easy to navigate, plenty of parking, in a shopping center. And again the main positive was that despite such short notice we were taken care of, and that is more than we could ask. Staff down to earth and personable. Thank You!

She has been experiencing issues with comprehending she can hear a person talking but sometimes could not comprehend. Also Jamie was so friendly and really took the time and cleaned her hearing aids well much more than ever in any other location. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the situation and the problems that Barbara was having and got right to the problem. Thank you so much again. It was a wonderful experience and we were so glad to meet Jamie. Susan
