- AAAli ASep 20, 20251.0I’ve noticed that the gym is often quite empty, and after a recent experience, I believe I understand why. Some of the policies in place seem unnecessarily restrictive. For example, I was informed that using a jump rope in the designated personal training area is not allowed. I was surprised by this, as a jump rope is standard fitness equipment and widely used for cardio training. If a jump rope is considered "outside equipment," that seems overly strict and unclear. It would be helpful if the gym could clarify or reconsider certain policies to better support members’ fitness routines. The facilities are otherwise decent, but more flexible and transparent rules would likely encourage better member engagement.
