EVERYTHING had to be done with my phone. I'm 80 years old. I hate using my phone to fill out forms. And what about peopley age who don't have smart phones? How do you get their info? My phone keyboard is very small and I have arthritis in my hands. It's difficult and, with my injury, painful to use. When my phone wouldn't take a photo of my insurance info, I entered it manually. Then the person checking over my info said it didn't transfer over, do he had to enter it himself. All this time, I am in excruciating pain. The bedside manner of the person at the desk and the person in the room who took my blood pressure, etc. was non-existent. Not one Sorry to see you are in pain, Is there any thing I can get you. Nothing. I might as well have been a robot. The doctor was the only person who showed a little empathy. I waited in the waiting room, and in the next room, even though no one else was there to be treated. I mean, does it really take 10 minutes to set up an X-ray room??? I left 4 hours ago. I was told someone would read my X-rays in a couple of hours and the report would be emailed to me. So far, the only follow up I have received is this text asking me for my review of your service. I may have broken ribs. I may have a broken clavicle. I may have torn muscles. I don't know because your Urgent Care doesn't seem to think my being able to get to my next step in recovery is very urgent. I will never use your urgent care again, and I will let everyone in my 55+ community know how I was treated. FOLLOW UP: The written report I finally received from you said I had a no displaced fracture of the 6th rib. My family doctor also ordered an X-ray at the hospital which showed a 3mm displaced fracture of the 7th rib. That is a huge and unexcusable error on your part. I will NEVER use your facility again.

Even though they couldn’t do anything for me. They asked me to go to the emergency room. And wished me luck it still did a great job.

Staff was friendly enough but felt dismissed. You would think I went in for narcotics though when all I needed was antibiotics which was standard of care. Went back twice for high fevers and then called Sunday about ongoing fevers with no help. Went to pcp today treated for atypical pna antibiotics are standard for ongoing high fevers. People please advocate for yourselves.
