However in the last year the office has really changed. We had an insurance change which resulted in their staff treating us like we were second rate citizens. My young child had a tooth emergency and when I called they stated she could not be seen for several months because there was no availability. When I pressed, it turns out there was availability they just did not want to see her due to our insurance change. I understand they need to make money- but this was a child, established patient, and they were trying to push us off. Not acceptable.
