Example one: remembering me and my wife and asking if I'm picking up a prescription as he was walking through the store and when we were putting something in for a refill he said "don't worry about it, I'll request it"... And he did. Example two: advocating for us. When one of the doctors wasn't filling the prescription timely, they found a solution for us. Generally: they're kind and polite, informative when needed and truly feel like they're looking out for us.

I would have freaked out when I went to give it to my dog thinking it was wrong med. Always fast and friendly service too.
