  I had called them to schedule an appointment at 3:30 pm Dec 8th. The receptionist had told me that they were scheduling into January; I had told her I would call back that I was having an issue with my left eye.. she then asked what was wrong; I told her; she told me she would talk to the doctor and call me back.. 45 mins later I got a call back and was told the doctor would see me at 9:45 the next morning. I went to the appointment today; they were all super nice and quick! I was referred to a specialist and already have an appointment tomorrow! I can’t say enough good things about this place and their service!

  🌟due to the following: 1. Satellite office as far as schedule 2. Price is up there $$. 3. Betsy is not overly extending to do her job (I'll have to see, I'll have to call, I need to find out) she has been there long enough to know the answer or quickly find out but unless u put her on the spot she won't). She treats the other workers berating/belittling. 4. After u do exam, order glasses, they really have a quick turn over time on getting them done. 5. Variety of good selection.

  This place is horrible . They lost my moms glasses. And lied about what happened to them ..20 day wait and out of pocket money. As well . Don't go here. They Wil mix everything up they don't know what they are doing .
