  Amy did a good job of welcoming me and proceding to begin the process of setting everything up for the replacement of a filling. Dan, who I have enjoyed since I met him two years ago, did a great job with the filling and also making sure that the filling worked perfectly so that it fit right in with my normal "chewing" process. I was very pleased.

  Time will tell: As of 2026 Green Valley Dental no longer accepts ANY dental insurance. Sure after you pay the full cost of the procedure they'll file a claim for you to your dental insurance company. How much I'll be reimbursed? I won't know untill I recieve my check from my dental insurance company. Depending on how much I'm reimbursed I may only have my teeth cleaned yearly and/or go to another dentist... In other words Green Valley dental wants to get thier $$ even if it's more than other dental practices charge for the same procedure. I'm retired on a fixed income so I have to do what I can to save money.

  I trust the care that I receive and really like Dr. Lisa! However, on this recent visit I was really getting annoyed with the hygienist chastising and interagating me about why I have more stains and tarter than normal. Asking if I'm flossing every day. Asking if I'm using an electronic toothbrush - yes. Am I changing the heads every few months - yes, when it tells me to. What do you mean when it tells you to. I told her that my toothbrush has 2 lights and different beeping sounds. One for charging and the other when it's time to change the head. She makes a face and says she never heard of that like I'm lying. Is it Phillips? Yes! (And they sell many different kinds, not just the one the dental office sells.) Are letting the brush do the work instead of constantly moving it across your teeth? YES! So you are doing one tooth at a time? YES! And are you holding it up and down when doing the inside bottom front teeth YES!! And the inside top? YES!!!! I snapped back. I don't need an interrogation when getting my teeth cleaned. She was so annoying, I left in a bad mood. She did a great job cleaning my teeth though.

  Way overpriced.. they don't take insurance, won't go back. I had to have a simple tooth removed and they were not able to remove it (something any first year dentist could do)and referred me to Berks oral surgery after charging me $125 just to tell me they cant remove it. Berks oral wanted $600 to remove a tooth so I called up my old family dentist and he removed it for a $125. We also discussed getting a Crown which Green Valley wanted to charge $1500. I talked to my family dentist about a crown which would cost $800. Don't waste your time with fancy places like Green Valley.
