- MMMSep 18, 20252.0Cheryl, Linda, and some other members of the pharmacy team will go out of their way to find you the best price for a prescription and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately I had to transfer my prescriptions to CVS when Giant was unable to correctly process secondary insurance. Giant Pharmacy repeatedly overcharged me. I wasted a lot of time calling the insurance company and making repeated attempts to pickup a prescription with the correct copay. The problem was magically solved when I transferred my prescriptions to CVS. It's sad that Giant doesn't have up-to-date computer software that will allow its employees to process secondary insurance correctly.
