    Wasn't sure I really needed hearing aids, and still not sure I like them enough but I can hear much better, a lot of the time some sounds are too loud and at other times I can hear certain people but can't understand them. Not sure how to correct that. The associates there are very helpful. Jackie is great, both friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. Veronica is the same. They are always prompt with appointments.

    About twenty years ago I was told by a hearing specialist that I had been born with a hearing handicap. The receptionist, Veronica, and the audiologists at the Shamokin Dam office have always been very patient, friendly, and shown perseverance in meeting the challenge of my hearing needs.

    Very happy with new aides and Chad and Jackie are both very knowledgeable and have been a great help. I love these new hearing aids.
