  The person taking my blood samples did not hit my vein first try. So she proceeded to "root" around inside my arm trying to get the vein. Needless to say I have a very large bruise mark.

  Wish I could put zero. I brought my son here for bloodwork (the pediatrician suggested quest) the kiosk wasn’t working and it took over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front. When they did, the lady rolled her eyes at me for not having an appointment. This did not give me a good feeling to send my son who is very young back to get bloodwork. She put no effort into customer service, this was our first time at a Quest and we will never return.
