  Grandview Hospital does not care to bill correctly for names and would not resubmit the bills properly and we ended up getting thousands in dollars of bills from debt collectors.

  My 99 year old mother received, I believe, acceptable medical care at the ER and during her subsequent hospital stay. However, communication by nursing staff was terrible. In trying to ensure her UTI was under control and that it was safe to release her for rehab, we were ignored (Janelle) and dismissed (Megan) during repeated requests for updated and current information. Their attitude was arrogant, inconsiderate and uncaring.

  I had ankle surgery at Grand View Hospital. I was amazed that all of the nurses and doctors were so personable and more than willing to talk to me as a patient to make me feel comfortable. I had a great experience for my first surgery ever. They explained each step in the process in plain and understandable language. Thank You to all of the nurses in the outpatient surgery section.
