  The retractable do not enter fabric strap that hooked to the wall was disgustingly dirty and touched repeatedly by each customer who went in, then back out. The tech told me they spray it with Lysol throughout the day. I was NOT touching that thing and no other customer should have to either. ESPECIALLY in a place where bodily fluids are exchanged. Do better and make this right. The phlebotomist knew her paperwork, and performed her duties in a calm confident way. She was great.

  Easy checkin, fast service, great conversation and personable and interactive staff. Scheduled my appointment, reminders given, status updates given and told when to enter and waited a minute before being greeted and serviced.

  I got there about 40 minutes early I signed in and I wasn't even there 3 minutes before Josefina the phlebotomist took me in. She was great, she has a great hand very kind!!

  The phlebotomist was very helpful and friendly. The check in process was quick and I did not have to wait. Very satisfied with the service all around. I just wish it was closer to Old Forge.

  The worst experience I have ever had with a lab, I recommend that no one use this facility.
