Now I'm back for shoulder surgery... preoperative PT. I feel I made tremendous gains in the time I did this. The surgery is almost 2 weeks behind me now, and just waiting for the ok to start rehabbing this shoulder. Looking forward to the kind of gains I made w my knee.
