  Everyone is friendly, Dr. Norris has been patient with me, answered all my questions in a reasonable time frame. His Nurses are very helpful and compassionate. They are a great team there

  Office is run well. Male physician that I saw was very polite and generally seemed compassionate though I walked out feeling somewhat dismissed. In his defense, I know this specialty cares for a fair number of pts with anxiety or obsession around their issues. He probably gets sick of dealing with it. I have worked in medicine for more than 30 years, and am not an overly needy or unwell person, but I left the office feeling kindly, supportively listened to….but unheard. Very frustrating since I sometimes struggle in advocating for myself. Thankfully I did get another opinion within the system and this time had a much more helpful experience
