    We live in Indiana but my husband insist on seeing Cindy and Jim every time we go back to Sayre! Jim is very knowledgeable and works with you including mailing new hearing aids to Indiana while loaning you his hearing aids!!

    Suspected I needed a hearing aid, so went here for a free hearing evaluation. Very glad I chose to go here. First and foremost, Cindy and Jim are awesome. I was treated as a person, not a number. The hearing evaluation was much more comprehensive than I expected. They include your spouse in the evaluation, so the hearing aid can be designed to match the voice of the person you interact the most with. It took about two weeks for new hearing aids to be built and I have to say it is life changing!

    My father in law (93 years young!) has been coming to this store location for a few years now and Jim has been absolutely wonderful in taking care of his needs. He is super personable and caring!
