  My sister was admitted into this hospital on the 7 th floor. This place was dirty. The nursing staff looked as if they had just left a biker bar and were unprofessional and rude. They spent more time sitting at the nurses station on their phones than they did helping patients. They never helped my sister to get a shower. I did. They would not change her bedding until told to. They did not assist her in walking so she developed a blood clot in her lung. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom has black mold on the floor. This place is a joke. The staff are not professional and do not care about the patients. We had 2 doctors enter her room to talk to her then complained about being there since she had not had her biopsy done yet. I worked in the ER for 22 years and you should be ashamed of how poorly this hospital is managed. My sister died 10 days after being admitted to your hospital in the ICU. You are a disgrace to the medical profession. I would suggest you do something to improve your facility quickly or unfortunately more patients will die due to your incompetence and poor management.

  Guthrie is a true healing sanctuary. But what I really wanna say about this place is its doctors and nurses Doctor Mouhamed khan specially is a true angel. He absolutely is a gift in this place. Doctor Khan is hands down the best Dr I have met in my life time. He takes your health very seriously. He knows what he is doing but most importantly he is a human being. It’s almost as if he feels what you are going through before you even open your mouth. His presence alone is comforting. Full of empathy and understanding He is definitely the most dedicated doctor I have met so far. I honestly can spend the whole day writing about this wonderful Doctor He is simply the best I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for your amazing care. We all know that not all Doctors are caring. Most of them have lost touch with their patients. It truly takes a “ special”one to put in that extra touch of humanity. Sad but true. Doctor khan simply cares!we love you Doctor khan Ami

  I was a little late, got my times mixed up. They were very accommodating! Fit me in so I didn't need to come back, very kind, gentle,pleasant to work with.

  I had a liver biopsy in November, everything went very well, easy process, nurses were kind, caring and very knowledgeable (kept my spirits up and kept me at ease) the procedure was so well explained and they kept things light hearted, yet maintaining a professional standard. I was recently there; 2 days ago for another procedure. My experience was just as good if not better than November from registration to being discharged. Dr McDonald and his team were beyond outstanding. Dr McDonald has an excellent bedside manner, he put me at ease right away. Thank you for making my experiences within your facility a great one. Side note: both times I was there, every room was extremely clean and tidy things were efficient and there were no long waits. (I'm a very picky person as I worked in healthcare for 35 years, I hold everyone to high standard and I have yet been let down or disappointed) Keep up the great work!
