Normally have excellent care at this location but due to a system issue my lab work disappeared in the system so my doctor had to fax it in. I was told to come back no appointment and I would be fit in. I didn’t trust this so made an appointment and then waited over 45 minutes. Apparently the woman working was taking people without appointments and out of order. I was informed that checking in via link in text for appointment was not sufficient and that I also must check-in at the kiosk. The exact message I received after checking in via text alert was: “Please enter our service center and have a seat, you will be called soon. No need to check in again when you get inside.” She explained the logistical and technology errors with I’m here alone today and you should go somewhere else (similar to another reviewer). I agreed with her as I didn’t want someone so unprofessional giving me care, let alone sticking me with a needle.
I would avoid this place like the plague. They advertise that walk-ins are welcome, yet the staff goes above and beyond to chastise you for not having an appointment. I was told they were 'too busy' to fit me in easily, yet in the 10 minutes I sat there, only ONE person with an appointment actually showed up.
If there has been a policy change making this appointment-only, they need to update their signs and website instead of lure people in just to lecture them. To make matters worse, the phlebotomists are incredibly unprofessional—they were being rude and talking negatively about other clients right in front of me. I have no doubt they started talking about me the second I walked out the door.
I’m clearly not alone in this; a quick look at other reviews shows a mountain of complaints about the exact same 'walk-in' hostility and poor attitude. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else
Should’ve listened to the other recent reviews.
My SCHEDULED appointment started off with them complaining about how my appointment was “45 min before the end of the day, but that’s ok” like she was doing me a favor by allowing me in.
She then proceeds to read sensitive personal information, including my full SSN, in a voice loud enough that people in the waiting room could hear and she didn’t quiet down until I said “excuse me?!?” Because I was so caught off guard that she just doxed me for the whole office to hear.
Later in the appointment she was then texting on her phone, not even acknowledging me.
Completely unprofessional and rude, along with their lack of care with SPII left me very uncomfortable.

I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 and arrived only a few minutes late, but the system marked me as “more than 10 minutes late,” which required me to add myself to the standby queue. That part wasn’t an issue, however, I was not informed that the wait would be close to two hours.
While waiting, another patient was taken back ahead of me. That patient even pointed out that I had been waiting longer. In response, one employee loudly announced to the entire waiting room that I was there for a urine drug screen and that she could not perform them. This felt like a clear violation of my privacy and was extremely uncomfortable.
After waiting over an hour, I urgently needed to use the restroom. When I asked the same employee if I could use it, she initially just stared at me. I asked again, unsure if she had heard me, and she finally said yes in a very dismissive, irritated tone. When I asked where the restroom was, she pointed vaguely toward the back of the office without any explanation or basic courtesy.
At some point, my name disappeared from the queue, so I tried to calmly ask another employee if I was still going to be seen. I wasn’t rushing, just seeking clarification after waiting so long. Instead, I was spoken to loudly and told I needed to wait while they handled reservations. Later, when I was finally seen, I was told condescendingly, “This is why it’s a good idea to make an appointment,” to which I responded that I had made one.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking in basic respect and privacy. To be honest, it felt like they just didn't want to see anyone who had no reservation. I understand delays happen, but the way the situation was handled, especially by a new employee, was disappointing and unnecessary.
This location has gone downhill, i frequent it every 3 months but lately the folks that work here must hate their job. Twice now i show up with no appointments and the ladies there get all worked up because im a walk-in. Today, my wife does the same thing and the same speech was given. The phlebotomist made it sound like they were busy and said appointments are needed due to the amount of folks. My wife indicated she didnt have an issue waiting, but they took her in immediately as if they were doing her a favor. Once in the room she indicated again how an appointment would be more ideal. If you read other reviews, lots of folks have the same issue. I would never go here, i hope they get better folks who actually care to do their job.
