Club Pilates Richboro is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
If Pilates had an Olympics, Erica would be the coach, the gold medalist, and the entire judging panel.
I’m almost at my 100th Pilates class (yes, double digits) and I’ve hopped around to so many studios with my passport membership that I could practically write a travel guide for reformers. Around class 50, though, I got bored. I stopped showing up. Weeks turned into months. My core forgot what engagement even meant.
Then one day, purely out of boredom, I took a class with Erica and boom suddenly, I am addicted.
This woman is a powerhouse of energy. She doesn’t walk into a room; she charges it. The way she moves, cues, motivates, and somehow manages to hover at every reformer at once ….. it’s like she’s got a sixth sense for lazy cores and wobbly planks.
What makes her legendary, though, is how she does every single one of those insane, muscle-trembling postures herself effortlessly. You’re shaking like a leaf, and there she is, doing the same move while talking you through it as if it’s just light morning yoga. Watching her makes you believe you can do it too (spoiler: you still can’t, but you’ll try harder because of her).
And the dedication is unreal. I’ve been sweating, slipping, and straight-up stinking mid-class, and she’ll come right up, lean in, and use her hands to fix my leg at a perfect 90° angle, holding my sock without a care in the world. That’s commitment. That’s love for the craft. That’s Erica.
Honestly, she’s ruined other Pilates classes for me. Even when I hear her name, my butt clenches, my abs pull in, my chest lifts, and my posture corrects itself automatically.
She’s not just a Pilates instructor. She’s a force of nature.
If you ever get a chance to take her class ….. DO IT. You’ll sweat, you’ll shake, you’ll stink but you’ll also walk out feeling like a superhero in leggings.
