I would never go back to that dental clinic where I was treated so badly. The first day I went, they wanted to do two fillings, and the dentist, Christian Reinnecker, opened both molars and then let his assistant put the fillings in. That woman did a terrible job, and after she finished with me, she told me to go to another chair for a cleaning. I told her that with all the pain I was in, I wasn't going to get a cleaning. Unfortunately, I had to go back because one of my molar was hurting terribly, and I called to make an appointment. I had an appointment with another doctor, named Sarah, and she wouldn't let me explain anything; she just defended the clinic's work. I told her, "My molars hurts, I can't eat on the right side!" When she finished filing my molars, she told me to wait because the tooth was sensitive and to call back in two months if I still had pain. Unfortunately, my last molar continued to hurt, so I had to call and make an appointment with Christian, who was the first dentist I saw. He was already in a bad mood and told me he was only going to file the molar, asking if I liked it that way. If not, he'd give me five minutes to think about it. He came back, and I told him to file it because it hurt. Then he said that if it continued to hurt, I should have it removed. I had to keep it, and it still hurts when I eat. But I will NEVER go back there.
SandlyROG Orthodontics recommended it to me.
The cost of that terrible work was $466.00. They made me feel like the only thing they cared about was money, not the patients; terrible service.
