  They see roughly 2 patients every 15-20 minutes. 3 if they “rush”. Never show up without an appointment. I was told 60 mins max without an appointment, and it’s well over 90 mins now. Even with an appointment, prepare to be in a crowded room for a long time. You’re going to end up needing more tests after being in such a packed room for so long. Abysmal servicing speed. I asked, and walk-ins are like cancellations. Nowhere do they tell you that. Absolutely ridiculous waste of time. They’re lucky I wasn’t charged, because I would’ve charged back.

  The tech that assisted me today did so a friendly and professional manor. I've used this some location for several years for testing and the personal have always been professional.

  No one at the desk to answer questions. Confusing check in system. Loud TV blaring annoying advertisements and messages in the waiting room.

  Debbie was so sweet and kind. Music was playing and it seemed like a fun place to work. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Very pleasant experience. Little tricky to find, my GPS wanted to take me to the next light
