I was completely impressed by how clean it was and you cannot beat the price, particularly for the black card membership and all of the amenities it comes with. More importantly, when I called this morning because I left my sneakers there, the person that answered the phone I believe his name was Mac was so kind and so polite. He seemed to go out of his way to make others feel good! I hope this is received to buy the management team at planet fitness because he is an amazing employee

The only complaint I have is that there is a guy who comes in regularly who screams and shadow boxes and raps loud to his music and the employees dont say anything to him. This is not the gym for screaming, grunting, and shadow boxing. The employees should step up and say something. He wears the same black tank top and flat brimmed hat every single time he is in there.
